Report an Issue
Has that unmowed yard across the street gotten on your last nerve?
The Block House MUD has the authority to monitor compliance and enforce restrictive covenants in the District for the purpose of maintaining
your property values and the quality of life in the neighborhood. Because "one person's trash is another person's treasure", regular inspection
and enforcement of all of the restrictions is the best way to ensure fairness and consistency in the process.
If there is a problem that you have observed, there is a very good chance that it has been noted on the regular inspection drives and
notification and enforcement is in process. But there is always the chance that an issue has gone unnoticed, so we are always happy to receive
input on issues that you see.
If you report an issue, we will note it in our data base. If the issue has not been noted previously, we will look for it and document it on the
next inspection drive.
While we ask for your contact information on the report form, that information is just for follow-up purposes in case there is
a question about the report. The identity of the reporter is never captured in the data base; it is simply logged as "received report from resident".
If you would like to
report an issue, or inquire as to the status of an ongoing issue, we are happy
to hear from you.
