Agendas and Minutes Library
A municipal utility district (MUD) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas. This grassroots government is responsible for a wide array of services such as providing water and wastewater service, assuring drainage, operating and maintaining recreational facilities and programs, contracting for neighborhood-wide garbage and recycling collection and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
The Block House Municipal Utility District covers all of the Block House Creek subdivision in Williamson County, Texas. It is overseen by five residents who are elected to four-year terms by residents of the district.
This library will contains recent Block House Creek MUD Board Meeting agendas and minutes. If you need to see older documents, you can look through our Agendas and Minutes Archive. Please note that minutes cannot be posted until they are approved by the board at the following month's meeting. Therefore, there is a one month delay until the meeting minutes are available.
